Inculturation of Our Lady Of Consolata
Design & Illustration
Project Description:
Proposed July to August 2016 Magazine Cover Issue & Prayer Card. This project was really fun. I decided to Illustrate an African Our Lady & Baby Jesus to represent the inculturated sacred artworks found in Kenya. Illustrating her veil was the most intricate part but I was able to nail it. Her pink dress was inspired by the patterns I observed in her real potrait of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Her nails also had to look well manicured

BOOK A CALLNeed a Second Opinion ?
Don’t take my word for it – here’s what my clients and workmates have said :
I have been so impressed with the entire process at Iworker. From the bios I received, the efficiency of the set-up process, and the professionalism of the graphic designer I worked with. Anuarite Kamau is an excellent communicator, she easily incorporated our graphics and colors into ready-made fact sheets, came up with a simple, yet eye-catching signage design, and worked very efficiently and swiftly to meet our timelines for a particular campaign. I hope to be able to work with Anuarite again very soon.
Thank you Anuarite and Iworker for such a pleasant experience!
Traci Lofthus
Executive Director at Idaho Diaper Bank
Working with Anuarite was pleasant. She was extremely professional and patient with me. I came into the project thinking of design. She patiently walked me through the design process, explaining and advising me what my choices would communicate about my brand and company. Midway, through the process, I had a change of heart and decided to go in a different direction with the design, Anuarite gladly did the changes and bought into the new vision. I would gladly work with her on subsequent projects.
Christine Njagi
Founder of Common Good Institute
Asante sana Anuarite! I am a happy client and would not hesitate to give the below key highlights:
1. Anuarite is a gifted young lady, and one who respects work ethic.
2. From the onset she advised we set up our implementation plan and she ensured we followed it.
3. She has good skills of probing and picking up the client brief and intrepreting it graphically in terms of future aspirations, target audience and product.
4. Very good communication skills and demand of feedback at every stage of brand design development.

Anuarite was a consummate professional from beginning to end. She is excellent at communicating regarding her work each step of the way, and she goes the extra mile to make sure the client is happy at the end. In just a few short hours she designed two ebooks that I absolutely love and can’t wait to sell. Thank you so much!

2 years ago, I met Anuarite at our office where she was to work on a video as a project for International Youth Day. I was impressed by her prowess and passion for design work as she walked me through the script and the storyboards for the video. She is very skilled in motion graphics and delivers beyond expectation. Her work was featured on our social media pages on International Youth Day to enable us to reach more young people. She is very good at keeping timelines and keeps her clients engaged in the projects for the perfect outcome.
